This VME-rack-based family of controllers provides high-performance control functions and numerous LAN options to provide seamless integration with the rest of your plant. It is configured with the toolbox application that also supports the TMdrive family of products, providing a consistent look and feel across the entire system.

LAN Options
All controllers have connectivity to a wide range of local area networks (LANs) and I/O device networks:
  • All GE and TMEIC drives, I/O, HMIs
  • Allen-Bradley PLCs, ControlNet, DH+, and Panel View
  • Siemens PLCs and DeltaV System via Profibus
 Seamless Integration
The numerous LAN connectivity options provide seamless integration with the rest of the mill, regardless of the legacy and third-party equipment already installed. Either Ethernet or ISBus can be used to provide configuration/diagnostic support with the Windows-based toolbox
Unique Permissive Functions
A unique set of Boolean logic instructions provides a permissive diagnostic function that requires no additional configuration. The user interfaces with these permissive diagnostic functions using the Message View and Diagnose Windows applications 		Reduce Downtime
  • Quickly identify permissive faults on the machine from the operator interface so repairs can be made.
  • With the diagnostic functions embedded in the Boolean instructions, they are automatically updated as the logic evolves over time
Multi-Tasking
Pre-emptive, multi-tasking controller allowing functions with various scan rates to run concurrently 		Supports Both Regulators and Sequencing
Executes the high-speed regulators as well as the machine sequencing functions without overloading the controller
